What we do on a Move out/in Service:
Remove cobwebs, clean air vent registers, clean air fans, wash doors, wash door frames, wash baseboards, clean bathrooms and kitchens in detail (inside and out the cabinets), detail stove and oven, clean refrigerator inside and out, clean behind stove and refrigerator, wash the dishwasher, polish all metals, dust plastic or metal blinds, wash wooden shutters, clean light switches and outlets, clean all chandeliers, vacuum all floors and carpets, and mop. Windows inside and out upon request at extra cost.
Once we are finished, we will conduct a final walkthrough with you to make sure you're 100% satisfied, if anything is missing, we will correct it at that moment. Once you're satisfied with the job, we will continue to payment.

NOTE: Building must be completely empty of furniture, no persons other than FORT Cleaning Services Employees are allowed in the building while the job is being performed (insurance policy). We do not take any trash, furniture, or any other objects that do not belong to us.

Windows inside and out upon request at extra cost.
